B2B Meetings - How does it work?

1) Registration

04.02.2021 - 16.04.2021

* Register via the green "Register now" button

* Specify the profile of your activity in English. Create a clear and concise business profile to raise your visibility on this platform.

* After that, you are obligated to fill in at least one entry at the Marketplace to present the offer or make a request - this is a mandatory rule;

The registration is finished once participant’s profile is activated by the organizers. Only profiles relevant to the event and in accordance with the mentioned participation rules will be activated. The activated profile will be published and promoted on the event’s website and everyone will have an access to it before, during and after the event;

2) Browse profiles of attendees

The profiles of cooperation are available on the Registration Platform in Participants’ Catalogue and in Marketplace, which makes it easier to review the needs of registered participants. The Marketplace is a database of specific data, such as  product, service, keyword etc.

3) Send & receive meeting requests

15.02.2021 - 19.04.2021 

* Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted.

4) Matchmaking Event

21.04.2021 from 9.00 a.m. to 15.00 p.m.

The exact time for meetings will be scheduled and available online in "My agenda" or "Meetings" on yours profile. In respect of potential future business partners, you shouldn’t leave any requests which are still pending without an answer and if it is necessary, you should cancel previously arranged meetings before they start;

How do I connect to my virtual meetings?

Login to own profile > Click on section "Meetings" on the top > Click on the green button "Meeting starts in ..."

Please be informed that you do not need any additional software or link, only an up-to-date web browser, a microphone and a webcam, if you wish.
